- At least 3 years working experience in valuation department.
- Must be familiar with Selangor property market.
- Possess a Degree / Diploma with a focus on Valuation.
- Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a positive attitude.
- Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transportation.
