Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, or Degree in Valuation/Property Management/ Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Required skill (s): Bahasa Malaysia, good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Preferably candidates with at least 1 year working experience in Valuation. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate.
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (optional).
  • Candidates should have pleasant personality with good communication skills and have the initiative to work independently with minimum supervision, preferably with prior experience in sales/ marketing in real estate agency/ developer’s firms.
  • Must possess own transport.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong interest in the Malaysian property market.
  • Must be able to analyze and write report clearly in English.
  • Possess at least bachelor’ Degree in Business Studies/ Administrative/ Management, Urban Studies/ Town Planning or equivalent.
  • PC-literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Must be hardworking, responsible and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Valuation or Real Estate Research.

  • Required skill (s): Bahasa Malaysia, good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 year working experience in Building Management. However, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving.
